Our fitness classes at Easthouses Boxing Club, Dalkeith, Midlothian are based on High Intensity Interval Circuit Training (HIIT). It’s a 45 minute class and can burn 500+ calories. HIIT is an anaerobic exercise as opposed to an aerobic exercise. This burns more calories during training and also continues to burn more calories after training.
The circuits are timed and you work at your own pace to do as many reps as you can in your allocated time. As you work at your own pace, the class has people in it with different levels of fitness. Beginners are welcome. This could be the toughest 45 minutes of your life!
